“CEC provided consultancy and advice on landscape issues, and were closely involved in negotiations with the LPA which paved the way for the grant of a favourable planning consent for the overall development. They then produced the detailed scheme for implementation and construction. They were competent and efficient and their fees were reasonable and fair for the work and tasks involved and represented good value. I would look to them again in the first instance for a similar project in that area.”
