CE Marking As Standard 2014-07-25

CE Marking for steel framed buildings is now mandatory! A. C. Bacon are pleased to confirm that all our fabricated steelwork is produced to CE Marking standards. Mandatory annual auditing has been completed by SCCS (Steel Construction Certification Scheme) with continued approval of our Welding and Factory Production Control systems. The CE Marking, alongside our existing production capabilities, contribute to us achieving the quality and flexibility that delivers projects on time and to the required high standard. Our operations utilise in-house production and facilities include state-of-the-art cutting, drilling and punching lines, plant for the fabrication of over 100 tonnes of structural steelwork per week; plus shot-blasting and painting equipment for finishing to individual requirements.
