Delivery Policy
We will dispatch your order by post or courier. Within the UK, you can expect delivery within 7 working days. International orders may take longer. Please contact us for information on overseas charges and deliveries.
For larger items, please allow 14 days for delivery. please ring for a quotation for areas outside UK Mainland.
All orders to mainland UK whatever the size of product or however many products you buy delivery (which includes postage, packaging materials and order processing costs) is only £5.95 for orders up to the value of £15.00; above £15.00 delivery costs are £8.95 (includes postage, packaging materials and order processing costs). Please contact us for a quote for all Ireland and international orders delivery and packaging costs. Smaller parcels will be charged at reduced rates.
Delivery on orders for UK Mainland is £8.50 ex VAT and includes costs of delivery and packaging and order processing. For HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS, IRELAND AND EXPORT DESTINATIONS please contact us for delivery costs.
Please note: The price charged for delivery of any item includes the cost of postage, packaging materials and order processing costs and the postage price seen on the package is only a part of these costs.
Returns Policy
Returning an item
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (original delivery and return delivery costs, wherever made by RAPC, will still be payable by the customer). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. If you require an exchange, please place a new order online.
Please email Info@rapc.org.uk to obtain a returns number which needs to be written on the outside of the parcel. Please re-package the goods and send to the address below:-

Please enclose a note stating your shipment number and the reason for your return. Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us by refunding your return postage costs. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. RAPC will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
