Noise Monitoring Pengam, Blackwood

EcoVigour were tasked with undertaking a noise survey for proposed housing development in Pengam, Blackwood. The survey included a BS4142 and Tan11 report which gave an in-depth analysis of the possible disturbance to current residents due to works activities, and also the noise impacts on new residents from local industry. The reports gave us good insight into the local noise environment, allowing us to pinpoint noise mitigation measures which can be incorporated into development activities to greatly reduce the impact of noise on residents both old and new.
