We are thrilled to have played a key role in the successful planning approval for the new industrial and warehouse development at Bartley Junction, which is now well underway with construction. The development is comprised of eleven units providing a total floor area of 170,000 sq ft.

The ACCON team provided detailed air quality and noise assessments for this ambitious project, helping to ensure that environmental standards are not only met but exceeded. This involved rigorous air quality modelling to ensure that the proposed development would not adversely impact existing sensitive receptors including the ecological receptors within Bartley Wood. Our services allowed the development to achieve BREEAM credits for Hea 05 acoustic performance and Pol 05 reduction in noise pollution.
