We are passionate about the 'Welsh Pig',� sometimes thought to being any pig raised in Wales, The welsh pig is in fact a rare pure welsh breed, originating from the area in which we raise them! We use a small local abattoir,�with whom we work closely making sure that the pork you receive is butchered to your exact requirements.�
