Trustwave helps Titan remain legally compliant with the Data Protection act and eliminates the risk of customer credit card information being stolen or used without our knowledge. We do not retain any card information. What payment methods are used for purchasing Titan flowmeters? We currently accept UK-based cards including Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Visa Electron, Mastercard & Maestro. We also accept BACs payments and are in the process of setting up an online shop. How are Titan’s UK payments handled? The information is taken over the telephone and entered into a third party payment gateway (powered by SagePay) and the payment processed by Streamline. Once entered, the full card details are no longer retained, and are therefore inaccessible to the pc user. How are EU payments handled? We currently accept bank transfers in GBP for overseas payments. We are investigating the possibility of an additional merchant account to allow EU credit card payments in the near future. As a tight-knit team, we are committed to processing payments securely and quickly – without the need for transfer to ‘processing teams’. This vastly reduces exposure of sensitive data to an absolute minimum. Sagepay handle all transaction details and so, Titan has no need to store sensitive information, which keeps our customers data safe and secure.
