Septum Tensiometers

These clear perspex tubes which have porous ceramic bulbs are sealed at the top with a septum stopper. In order to obtain the pressure reading inside the tube a Needle Sensor with HydroSense meter, which includes a pressure transducer, is used in order to pierce the septum stopper and the reading is then displayed on the HydroSense meter.
