SE Controls is pleased to announce they will be attending and presenting at the 103^rd global edition and the 7^th edition in the UK of the Zak World of Façades conference at the Hilton on Park Lane Hotel, London.

The one-day event takes place on the 3^rd November 2022 and is part of an international conference series on façade design and engineering, showcasing sustainable innovations and challenges within the construction industry pertaining to the building envelope, also displaying the latest technological solutions from leading solutions providers.

This is an ideal event for Architects, Developers, General/Main Contractors, Façade Consultants, Façade Contractors, and all other related building specifiers.

Will Perkins, Group Managing Director of SE Controls, will be speaking on the topic of Live Compliance, The Building Safety Act, and the Digital Golden Thread. The focus will be on the delivery of site-centric DoPs that are issued for specific products, which provide full traceability through the factory production control process. This will provide a route to further key information such as CoBie data, FIRie data, and maintenance information. It is critical that this information and all interactions are captured digitally and included in the golden thread. This will provide the building operator and stakeholders with the key information needed to make sure the products will be ready to operate when called upon to do so.
