October 2023 News In addition to the usual contract servicing and commissioning, we have been busy completing new orders and preparing for several bespoke builds. In October, we received two further purchase orders to supply a Proam ammonia analyser for final effluent measurement to Severn Trent Water. A housing developer also progressed an order for continuous monitoring of nitrate and turbidity, at two locations pre and post treatment, where the later will be supported by a battery/solar recharging kiosk and GSM data communications. South West Water purchased a portable UVT meter manufactured by Real Tech to support their on-line instrumentation used for UV disinfection control. We also completed our ISO 9001 customer feedback survey for sales completed within the last 12 months. We are pleased to report 100% of these customers were satisfied with our overall performance and 69% totally satisfied. Similarly, we received excellent feedback in all sub-categories such as customer service and the communication element (telephone and written /email contact) as well as Sales and Service support where we received 100% satisfied as the feedback. We also asked our customers to score our performance relative to other companies operating in a similar field; with a mark of five being equivalent so with the average score computed at 8.7 out of 10 for the survey so once we have again performed extremely well.
