PPM News - December 2023

11-01-2024

December 2023 News December proved to be a busy month for domestic sales and bespoke builds. Five bespoke turbidity monitoring kiosks are under construction for final effluent monitoring locations throughout the north east of England. Purchase orders were received for eight Proam ammonia monitors destined for Severn Trent Water, to be installed for continuous final effluent monitoring at various sites. Wessex Water also purchased a Proam ammonia monitor to replace an old instrument which was installed for final effluent compliance measurement some fifteen years ago. Three MTOL turbidity instruments were purchased by South East Water for continuous potable, treated water monitoring. Portable UVT instruments were also supplied for two applications. One was purchased by a shipping company so they can perform water quality measurement on ballast water post UV treatment. The other was supplied to a water treatment chemical manufacturer who will predominantly use the UVT meter, for drinking water applications but also within waste water treatment. Internationally, Our Irish Distributor place a further order for two replacement Protoc 300 TOC analysers with automatic wash, for use on surface water monitoring applications within the pharmaceutical industry.
