Asbestos Management Surveys

- These are used to document visible and accessible asbestos containing materials within a property; the survey will however stop short of any destructive intrusion. - They are perfect for establishing an initial asbestos register which, as well as being used to manage the asbestos, can also be used to formulate an asbestos management or action plan, a legal requirement under Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
