External Short Rise Platform Goods Lift - Split Level Scissor Table Goods Lift 1000kg installed London with a platform size 1500mm long x 1200mm wide with tear plate. Goods Lift is installed in a 360mm recessed pit (by others) with a lift stoke 1600mm. platform fitted with 1100mm high mild steel handrails complete with mid rail and 150mm high kick plates suitable for mounting along both L1 long side and the B1 short end by the contracted installer. B2 short end will be fitted with an 1100mm high single outward opening hinged platform mounted gate complete with a mechanical latch and electrical interlock. The remaining L1 long side will be fitted with a gas assisted drop down barrier arm complete with electrical interlock. The lift platform will be fitted with a tread plate finish for improved grip in wet/dusty conditions. The upper level will be fitted with a gas assisted floor mountable drop down barrier arm complete with electrical interlock so that the barrier can only be lifted once the lift is at the correct level. Bridge plate fitted at the upper level to bridge the gap between the upper level and the scissor lift table supplied by main contractor. Mild steel galvanised woven mesh panels will be fitted behind the safety trip bars on both L1 and L2 long sides along with the B2 short end to fully enclose the scissor mechanism when in the raised position. 2 x Standard wall mountable control pendant complete with scissor up, scissor down and e/stop buttons one to be positioned at each level. The complete lift will be finished in a highly durable, long lasting self-undercoating two part textured C3 powder coat. RAL 7024, component parts finished in grey/black gloss.
