4,000 Litre Brewing Tank – Conical Tank for Fermentation 
4,000 Litre Brewing Tank with 60 Deg Cone is ideal for primary fermentation of small volumes of alcoholic beverages including beer, cider or wine. The plastic conical fermenters are made from food-safe polyethene which is UV stabilised, a one-piece, moulded tank. This guarantees strength, impact resistance, durability and many years of use.

The cone base allows can be used to catch sediment from the brewing process and beer racked off. A racking port allows drawing off of the beer quality control and the elimination of particulate. A dump valve or bottom outlet makes it easy to clean out tanks for beer brewing sediment.

Both polypropylene (PP) or polyethene (HDPE) is food-grade material, has FDA & WRAS approvals and non-taint and odour free.

Welded Tank Connections for Full Drain & Cleaning 
We can modify tanks with liquid level sensor assemblies, fill pipes, PN16 and ANSI flanged connections, welded BSP outlet and sockets. The advantages of welded fittings and flanges mean there aren’t gaskets on the tank fittings to impede drainage or harbour germs. these give a full drain and easier cleaning. 
Side Access & Air Tight Lid Options 
Sometimes larger lids or side access hatches are required to aid cleaning and maintenance. These lids also enable the tank to be airtight. 
Optional frames are available in stainless steel with leg extensions for raising the tanks
