Elite Precast Concrete are proud to announce that apprentice Agy Serafin has received two prestigious honours at the Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin Apprenticeship Awards 2025.

Agy won Manufacturing and Engineering Apprentice of the Year before going on to be named Overall Apprentice of the Year—the evening’s top accolade—in recognition of her outstanding achievements, dedication, and contribution to the business.

The annual awards, which celebrate the region’s most talented apprentices and the employers who support them, brought together industry leaders, training providers, and apprentices from across Shropshire.

Since joining Elite Precast Concrete, Agy has made a significant impact, demonstrating exceptional technical ability, a strong work ethic, and a genuine commitment to developing her skills within the manufacturing and engineering sector.

Her success highlights both her personal determination and Elite Precast Concrete’s ongoing commitment to investing in the next generation of talent.
