Our products have been delivered to major civil and infrastructure projects across the UK, including HS2, key motorways, the Olympic and Commonwealth Games, the Millennium Stadium, Hampden Park, Buckingham Palace, and Hinkley Point.

Since our establishment in 2008, Elite Precast has continued to grow, culminating in the sale of 75% of its shares to Lloyds Animal Feeds (LAF Holdings) in partnership with Richard Doody in 2022. Committed to sustainability and ethical practices, we prioritise the use of responsibly sourced, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly materials. As part of this commitment, we are looking to expand our product range with the assistance of an engineering placement student.

About the Role
You will play a key role in developing a range of precast concrete products for the agricultural market, with a focus on:

• Understanding market demand, production costs, and machinery capacity.
• Developing new product ranges while considering existing patents and customer requirements.
• Supporting the growth of future sales through innovative product development.

Additionally, you will gain hands-on experience in operational and supply chain management. There will be opportunities to participate in training days, review competitor products, attend conferences and exhibitions, and contribute to projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment over a 52-week placement period.
