Tipping buckets are a cost effective method of cleaning storm water storage tanks. Tipping buckets are troughs suspended in a tank on two bearings when the troughs are filled with water the centre of gravity shifts and the bucket tips, depositing a volume of water at velocity into the tank, thereby cleaning the tank floor.
