Magnetic Services Pro-Visit™ Pro-Visit™ is available to any user of Bunting equipment when you need it most, our trained service engineers and telephone support are just a phone call away. A factory-trained service technician will be on-site to verify the installation, calibrate the equipment to achieve top performance and train personnel. Pro-Start™ extends the original one-year factory warranty to two years and includes two years of phone-based technical support. Repair Service Custom Design Service Pro-Maintenance™ Pro-Maintenance™ keeps your equipment operating to its optimal performance as per your expectations. It provides either annual (Gold plan) or biannual (Platinum plan) visits by factory-trained service technicians to service the product and ensure the equipment is running as expected. The Pro-Maintenance plan also includes significant parts and labour discounts on any needed spares and repair work, on-site training for personnel during service visits and two years of phone based technical support.
