New Housing Standards Handbook

The government’s Housing Standards Review has huge implications for what local planning authorities can and can’t ask for, and how performance in key “technical” areas will be assessed. Focussed on deregulation to boost housing supply, and after 5 years preparation, the new package of standards and regulations came into force just six months after publication.
