LSS-V Conveyor Belt with Serialisation Module

The products are placed manually or automatically on the conveyor belt that transports them in front of a camera where the printed serialisation data in the form of a 1D barcode, data matrix code or text is read. The camera captures this information for processing by the b+b software modules (b+b SiteServer & b+b SiteManager).If a product whose data cannot be read (NOK product) is detected, the conveyor belt stops. Light barriers monitor the manual removal of NOK products, so that the conveyor can only be restarted after the non-conforming packaging has been removed.
